At Hot Tubs, Inc., we are committed to fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for all Master Spa parts, filters, and spa chemicals that we provide.
1. Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $99 (continental U.S. only)
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for expedited options or non-standard items
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
3. Delivery Time Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
4. Same-Day Shipping
- Most in-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM EST qualify for same-day processing
- Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the next business day
5. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within the continental United States (lower 48 states)
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations may require additional shipping charges
- Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees
6. Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers including:

Carrier selection is based on the fastest and most reliable option for your location
7. Hazardous Materials & Chemical Shipping
- Certain hot tub chemicals are classified as hazardous materials

- May have longer delivery times due to regulatory requirements
8. Backorders & Split Shipments
- If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated shipping timeframe
- Orders may ship in multiple packages at no additional cost when necessary
9. Tracking Information
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear
10. Delivery Issues
- If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos
- If your package is lost in transit, we will assist with carrier claims
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but stolen
11. Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
- Additional fees may apply for address corrections or reshipment
